Alternatively, you can send an email to recruitment@southdownhousing.org quoting the vacancy reference and we will email you the relevant documents.

To request an application pack by phone please call 01273 405838 (answer phone) quoting the job reference number and your name and address.

Please read the guidance notes before completing the selected form and note the closing date for applications.

Disabled applicants

Southdown has been accredited with the ‘Positive About Disability Two Ticks’ symbol which means if you meet the minimum criteria in the person specification and let us know that you are disabled, we will guarantee you an interview for the post.

Applying for more than one vacancy

Each vacancy is identified by a job reference. If you request an application form by post, the job references you have applied for will be listed on the first page of the application form.

Please ensure you only apply for a maximum of two vacancies. You should be aware that any posts further to your first and second preference will not be put forward for short listing. Please indicate on your application form your order of preference by marking your first preference “1” and your second preference “2”.

Your order of preference will help us at the interview stage if you are shortlisted for both posts. We will try to arrange for you to be interviewed once (where posts are similar e.g. Support Worker) with the service managers for the posts you have been shortlisted for.

NB. If you do not provide an order of preference we may have difficulties in arranging your interviews. Once interview arrangements have been made we are not normally able to make any re-arrangements and we are unable to offer different dates to those advertised if you cannot attend.
