The Consultative Panel
The Consultative Panel (TCP) is influential in helping to shape Southdown and its policies. It advises the Board on service user consultation and participation matters and has a say in how the organisation is run.
The service user representatives who belong to TCP are volunteers. They make a valuable contribution by giving their views on Southdown’s work from a service user's.
TCP activities include:
- Approving Southdown’s Service User Involvement Strategy and Policy.
- Monitoring the annual Service User Involvement Action Plan.
- Receiving updates on any new legislation that could impact on service users.
- Feeding back their views on tenancy matters.
- Advising on the Association’s staff training programme.
If you would like to become involved in TCP, contact Paul Richards, our Service User Involvement Co-ordinator, on 01273 405800.
