Getting what you want

If you have an Individual Budget or Resource Allocation, and need help to work out what services to purchase, contact us direct for our brokerage service or for a place in one of our Extra Care schemes
If you are interested in shared ownership through the HOLD scheme, contact us direct
If you need 24 hour staffed support but do not have an Individual Budget, contact the Adult Social Care service at your local council
If you need a place in specialised group care for people with complex physical and learning disabilities, contact us to talk about what might be available
If you can live on your own in a flat with just a few hours a week support, contact your local Housing department to apply for housing with support

Note: If you need accommodation it is a good idea to put your name down with your local Housing Department.
