Data Protection Policy

Southdown is commited to maintaining the standards required by the Data Protection Act, the Housing Corporation, employment law and the various standards agencies for the services we provide.

All personal data is managed carefully to meet these standards and individuals have rights of access to data that is held on them.

Unsuccessful applicant records shall be retained for 6 months.

DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

The Director of Corporate Services, Vikki Hayward-Cripps, oversees the management of Data Protection and is the registered Data Protection Officer for the Association. She can be contacted via the HR department if you have any queries relating to Data Protection issues within this policy.
