Bradbury Court - a unique development on National Trust land near the village of Washington in West Sussex - is a converted barn and outbuildings that have been tastefully designed to provide eight individual apartments for people with physical and learning disabilities. All the apartment occupants are also shared owners.
The landlord function is provided by The Lorica Trust and the support contract is being taken over by Southdown from MiLife, a social enterprise.
Between mid-April and 1st June, Southdown is providing management consultation to the service and during this time will be consulting with the staff team of twenty prior to them becoming Southdown employees on 1st June.
