Support4Housing is provided through a partnership between Southdown and BHT. The service provides housing related support to 300 vulnerable people and households across Brighton and Hove.
The service is able to provide up to 6 weeks resettlement support (via floating support.) After 6 weeks the majority of clients will then receive support by attending the Support4Housing drop-in facility. For those clients unable to attend the drop-in, or if we need to respond to some from of crisis, we are able to provide continued floating support. Clients will receive support for up to 18 months.
The service and drop-in facility is based at BHT’s premises at 144 London Road, Brighton. It is located within walking distance of central Brighton, on main bus routes and close to Brighton mainline railway station. The client reception facilities are fully accessible. Support4Housing is open at the following times:
Monday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Tuesday 9.00am - 4.00pm
Wednesday 12.00 - 7.00pm
Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm
The drop-in can only be used by referred clients. All referrals for the service need to go through the Brighton and Hove City Council’s Support Access Team.
