Housing & Community Support
We provide a wide range of supported housing throughout Sussex for 550 single vulnerable people, most of whom have learning disabilities or mental health problems. Accommodation includes individual flats and bed-sits, all of which are either owned or leased by Southdown. Increasingly, Southdown is also working with local authorities and other registered social landlords to provide floating support within their own housing stock.
We also provide a number of community services for use by our tenants and other people within the local community who need support. |
