How to report a repair
As a tenant of Southdown you are responsible
for reporting repairs. You can do this by:
When reporting a repair it is helpful if you
can give as much information as possible:
- Your full address
- What the problem is
- Where is it? (which room and floor)
- What you think might have caused it, if
you know
Staff will talk to a contractor and will let
you know when they are able to come out.

or an urgent repair is needed overnight or at weekends,
and there are no staff available to deal with it ,you should
