Southdown Housing Association is a not-for-profit organisation which works with 1,800 vulnerable people across East and West Sussex and Brighton and Hove.

We provide accommodation and practical support that enable the people using our services to have more control over their lives. We listen to what people want and work with them to achieve their goals.

Most of our service users and tenants have mental health difficulties; learning disabilities; or are people who are or have been homeless. A smaller number have addiction issues: sensory or physical disabilities. All are offered the support they need to live a more fulfilled and independent life.

We employ 450 staff, have major service provision contracts with a number of local authorities and other agencies and have won national awards for the quality of our work. Southdown is a leading provider of well managed and innovative supported housing and associated services in Sussex.
