What We Do

Southdown is a specialist provider of support and housing services to vulnerable people across Sussex.

Services that we provide include: (click on the green link to go to the relevant page)

• Learning Disability Services that provide housing and/or support services to people with a learning disability, including day time activities.
• Housing Support to help people who are at threat of homelessness or need support to set up a new home.
• Supported Employment to help people into or retain work, training or education. 
• Mental Health Resource Centre that provides a stimulating package of daytime activities for people with mental health issues.
• Peer Support Services facilitating service users to support one another to deal with housing related issues.
• Anti-Social Behaviour/Hate Crimes  a specialist service to support vulnerable people who are experiencing anti-social behaviour or hate crime.

Accountability

We actively promote Southdown Housing Association and its accountability in a wide and positive way. It is our intention not only to be accountable, but to be widely seen as accountable.
