"Making Life Work"

Southdown is a not-for-profit organisation and a leading provider of well-managed and innovative supported housing and associated services for over 4,250 vulnerable people in Sussex.

We now employ 550 staff and provide a range of services to include: housing related support, supported employment, supported accommodation, care and community services.

Southdown has an excellent reputation for staff training and development.  This was underlined in 2008 when our Investor in People accreditation was renewed. We have been the recipients of a national care sector training award twice in recent years.

Our commitment to high standards means Southdown has also won a number of other accolades. These include:

•    achieved the Stonewall and Mindful Employer accreditation which acknowledges our commitment to diversity
