BY TRAIN

Arriving at Brighton Station turn right out of station and immediate left onto Trafalgar St (which leads you under the Taxi rank). Follow this road until the end and turn left along London Road. Follow London Road all the way to the entrance of Preston Park - Preston Park Avenue is the road that runs along the right of the Park, the office is situated on the right hand side around 500 yards up the road. This walk will take you 20 - 25mins.

Travelling from the East alight at London Road (the stop before Brighton), the office is 5-10 mins walk away.

On foot turn right out of the station onto Ditchling Rise, continue down to the bottom of the road, cross over the road and carry on along Ditchling Rise until you come to the next main road (London Road) turn right.

You will now see the train bridge above, continue under the bridge until you come to a zebra crossing, cross the road here.

You will then have the choice of two further zebra crossings, take the one on your right. You should now be facing the entrance to Preston Park, continue to your right and you will see Preston Park Avenue on your left – next to the park. The office is located on the right hand side of the Avenue.

BY BUS

If travelling from outside of Brighton make your way to the city centre, catch a 5B from outside of Marks & Spencer (which is located opposite the main shopping centre).

You will need to get off at the first stop on Stanford Avenue, Preston Park. Once off the bus, walk a little way back the way you came and you will see Preston Park on your right. The office is located on the right hand side – No 18.

BY CAR

(Heading eastbound along A27)
Come along the A27, past the turn off for the A23 & Brighton. Take the next exit, signposted Ditchling & Stanmer (& possibly, Hollinbury). (If you get to the universities, you've gone too far!)

Come up the slip road, and carry on straight up the hill, past the turning on the left to Ditchling. Immediately after this (effectively this is a staggered cross roads) turn right - going over a bridge that crosses the A27. You are now on the Ditcling Rd coming into Brighton - and have fields and then a golf course on your left, which then give way to houses.

Carry on down this road into Brighton - until you get to a set of traffic lights with 5 roads off them (this is Fiveways) - you may cross a pedestrian crossing before this, but otherwise, this is the 1st set of lights you get to. At the traffic lights at fiveways turn right, to go down Preston Drove (this is the most right, your immediate right).

Preston Park Avenue is the last road on the left before you get to the bottom of Preston Drove - immediately before the park (abutting the park) - about the 8th road on your left - the one after Beaconsfield Villas which is particularly wide. We are 2/3rds of the way down Preston park Ave on the left - no 18.
